Add the garlic to the Thermomix bowl and chop 5 sec/sp 7.
Scrape down the bowl and add all the other ingredients except the paprika.
Mix for 2 mins/sp 4. Scrape down the bowl and repeat. If it’s too chunky, thin it out with a little ice cold water.
To serve, sprinkle some saffron, sumac or paprika on top and drizzle with olive oil.
